Effective 1/1/2026, our Service News, Service Alert, and Planned Maintenance notifications will have a new design and layout.

Here’s what to expect:

• Improved user experience – we’ve removed unnecessary information to make our notifications easier to read
• Modern and fun new banners at the top of each communication – allowing you to quickly and clearly distinguish between the three notification types
• OFM’s official color palette – ensuring a consistent look and feel for correspondence from our agency
