All HRMS, MyPortal, and WWA users
How will this impact customers?
WWA will not be loaded/refreshed as scheduled on Sunday evening. While WWA will remain available for reporting, scheduled loads will not resume until the evening of Monday, Dec. 15.
Daily interface files (GAP files) sent to agencies will not be processed during the upgrade and will resume processing once the maintenance is completed.
MyPortal will be unavailable to all users during the maintenance period so please consider notifying employees to plan accordingly.
