On 4/1/26, the HRMS Security Team will implement enhancements to the security process for HRMS professional user authorization. Once this enhancement is in place, users experiencing issues with their user profile may receive the following pop-up message:
***Your logon is currently under review/maintenance***
Until HRMS Security has completed the review – you will not be able to
successfully logon. SAP HRMS Security Team has been notified via email.
Your session will now be terminated.
Users who receive this message should attempt to access HRMS one additional time after the pop-up appears. If your second attempt is unsuccessful:
Your session will be terminated and you will not be able to successfully log on until HRMS Security completes the review.
