HRMS will be unavailable this weekend for extended downtime (CANCELLED)
As noted on the 2025 HRMS Payroll Calendar, OFM is extending the lockout period following payroll processing period 1/2025.
Please save any work and logout of HRMS prior to 8 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025.
Due to HRMS downtime, please consider the following additional impacts:
WWA will be available for reporting, however, it will not be refreshed as scheduled over the weekend. Loads will resume on Monday evening.
MyPortal will remain available to standard users; however, MyPortal will be unavailable for professional HRMS users until Monday morning.
Daily interface (GAP) files will process as normal throughout the weekend; therefore, payroll-related reports will not be available until Sunday evening.
New HRMS SAP GUI 8.0 Support Pack Now Available
SAP GUI 8.0, Support Pack Patch 14, is now available for download. Patch 14 is a support pack for SAP GUI 8.0 and can be found in the Technical Requirements section of the HRMS Support Hub. For HRMS users, this will require the assistance of agency network or desktop support staff to ensure proper installation. Please work with your agency IT support before attempting to install this upgrade.
IT Administrators:
To apply the support pack (Patch 14) only, close all sessions of HRMS and SAP GUI and run the support pack package found in the Technical Requirements section of the HRMS Support Hub.
To upgrade from an older version of SAP GUI (7.70 or lower) to SAP GUI 14.0 (Patch 14), please review the SAP GUI Installation instructions found in the Technical Requirements section of the HRMS Support Hub prior to beginning the installation.
Important SAP GUI Patch 8.0 Support Pack
FAVORITES - As with any upgrade, there is always a possibility of losing your current HRMS Favorites. We recommend that prior to your support pack upgrade to SAP GUI 8.0, Patch 14 you take a screen shot of your current favorites in the event you will need to recreate them.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT - OFM does not provide support for SAP GUI versions 7.70 or lower as versions older than 7.70 are no longer supported by SAP.
