As you may know, OFM has been working diligently on one of our most exciting updates to the HRMS Support Hub to-date! This new set of report procedures will assist payroll processors take payroll to a whole new level. You heard that right, the brand-new Payroll Reports module is ready to make your life a whole lot easier (and maybe even a little more fun). This is one of our biggest transformations yet, and can you believe we are sliding into home base right before payroll cutoff!?!
To access the new module, simply visit Support.hrms.wa.gov and under Reports by Functional Area, you will find the Payroll section.
A couple of the spectacular highlights of the new payroll reports module are:
Payroll Simulation – featuring a completely new set of procedures designed to help you run and fully grasp the payroll simulation in ways never experienced before.
Understand Payroll Wage Types – this is a fantastic new tool in the Payroll Simulation family to assist in understanding the wage types as they are processing in a Payroll Simulation or the Payroll Results Table (Stored Payroll Results).
Newsworthy Extras
LTSS PFML Quarterly Wages Premiums and Hours Report - In addition to the release of the Payroll Reports module, the LTSS PFML Quarterly Wages Premiums and Hours Report enhancements from the HRMS 10B Release are now available on the updated report procedure.
Sick Leave Buyout Procedures - The Sick Leave Buyout Reports were finally able to move to their permanent home in the Payroll Reports section. Previously, the procedures and reports were all housed in the Procedures by Functional Area due to the way the HRMS Support Hub is designed. To make this move seamless, there are several Related Resources cross connecting both procedures and reports. We’ve also created a separate Sick Leave Buyout Procedures page to ensure processors could easily understand and access the full process.
HRMS Support Hub Links - All HRMS links from the October 24 maintenance have been fixed. While we took a deep dive testing every single link, as always, please send an email to HeretoHelp@ofm.wa.gov should you encounter broken links outside of our original PDF procedures still slated for replacement.
HRMS Processor Guide - In parting, please rest assured the HRMS Processor Guide has also been updated to ensure the fancy new Payroll Reports are connected like a charm.
