Visit the OFM Service Portal at https://ofmwa.servicenowservices.com/sp to submit a ticket to the OFM Help Desk.

HRMS and MyPortal may not be available at 6 am on 12/30/25 due to the upcoming HRMS 12B release.

While HRMS is generally accessible to users at 6 am, OFM must limit HRMS usage for professional users on 12/30/25 to take a system snapshot to ensure the large number of items included in the release are successful.  

OFM will notify you as soon as HRMS is available to professional users. We are sorry for any inconvenience this potential extended lockout may cause you.
