OFM is aware of an issue with the GAP16 file sent to us on 1/29/26 from MetLife. Employees with MetLife deductions may have an incorrect start and/or end date of 2062 instead of 2026 until this issue is fixed. Examples of the issue:
Employees with a new MetLife record effective 1/16/2062
Employees with a MetLife record end dated 1/15/2062
OFM has notified MetLife of the issue and is currently using a Winshuttle script to fix the incorrect dates.
Impacted employees may see an adjustment from MetLife on their next earnings statement if premiums were over or under collected due to this issue.
Additional information:
There is no agency action needed by payroll processors due to this issue.
