A friendly reminder to not send personally identifiable information (PII) in an email, screenshot, or attachment to the OFM Help Desk. PII is information identifiable to a specific person such as their full name and social security number (SSN), last four numbers of the SSN, date of birth (DOB), or banking account information. For a full list of PII, see RCW 42.56.590.
