Reason for Outage:

Some routine updates to tables within HRMS were moved into HRMS production this morning. As we moved the item into production, HRMS was attempting to complete these transports while the system was under heavy use due to payroll cutoff. This volume of work caused the transport process to be slowed down. Once any issues with the updates themselves were eliminated and we recognized the heavy system use contributing to the errors within HRMS while these updates were underway, the solution was to lock users to allow HRMS to completed the transport. Once the transport had the ability to complete, no further errors were identified and this issue is resolved.  

The HRMS team will no longer complete these types of updates during regular system hours.
