Outlook Payroll Calendar Uploads – 2026 Files Available
2026 CSV files have been added to the HRMS Support Hub to allow users to import HRMS Payroll, HRMS Paydays and Holidays, AFRS, and/or ACFR calendars directly into your Outlook calendar.
The calendar imports are available in 2 locations on the HRMS Support Hub by selecting theOutlook Payroll Calendar Upload link within:
Resources > Payroll Calendars
Procedures by Functional Area > Basics
There are 8 different 2026 CSV calendars available for import depending on your role within your agency. Each calendar has a short description to aid in selecting the correct calendar for your needs.
If you have questions or require assistance importing the CSV file into your Outlook calendar, please work directly with your internal agency Information Technology department.
