A reminder that OFM notified agencies on January 10, 2023 that we are no longer able to accept requests to create new HRMS GAP files, or customize existing GAP files. That decision was made to allow OFM to focus on integration work for OneWA and focus our available IT resources on continued HRMS remediation work to support the OneWA implementation.
Current Data Reporting Options
Agencies will continue to have access to Washington Workforce Analytics (WWA) and SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence (Webi) for enterprise reporting needs which uses data from HRMS and is a web-based reporting and analysis tool. This provides agencies with an interactive way to create and analyze workforce-related data and includes functions to merge reports, create formulas, sort, filter, and change page layouts and multiple options to display data using a web browser or exporting to other formats. Users also can schedule options for report execution and delivery.
Enterprise Architecture Policy Requirements
When implementing a new agency system with administrative of financial data from central systems like HRMS and AFRS, or significantly enhancing an existing system, agencies must review the threshold requirements in WaTech Enterprise Architecture Policy 122: Administrative and Financial System Investment Approval. If the agency system meets or exceeds the threshold criteria agencies are required to obtain formal, written approval from the central service agency business owner before beginning any administrative or financial solution modification, development or acquisition.
