The Wage Type Report (ZHR_RPTPY004) has been enhanced to help processors identify the taxability of each wage type.
When selecting the Wage Type Taxability option in the Report Format section and executing the report, users will see the Wage Type Taxability header title change to PCL71-Wage Type Taxability and there are 3 new columns titled:
PCL65-Pre-tax or After-tax
PCL69-TaxEarning or NonTaxContrib

DCP New EE Not Eligible for Auto Enroll Option
New functionality has been added to HRMS to allow processors to indicate if a new or rehired employee is NOT eligible for DCP auto-enrollment.
A check box titled Exempt From DCP Auto Enroll has been added to the Additional fields section of the Planned Working Time (0007) infotype. New employees with this box checked will not be automatically enrolled in the DCP. Selecting this box is only necessary upon hire or rehire (or quick hire/rehire). If this new box is selected when payroll closes on Day 3, the employee will not automatically be enrolled in the DCP.
The new Exempt from DCP Auto Enroll field is now available for reporting in the Actions Report (ZHR_RPTPA807). Due to this new addition, OFM has also expanded the security roles that have access to the Actions Report. See below for a complete list.
The reporting is based on the action date. If the user creates a planned working time record after the date of the action and checks the Exempt From DCP Auto Enroll box, the report will not display the X.
During a rehire action, users should check to see if Exempt From DCP Auto Enroll is checked. If it is not valid for the current action, the user should uncheck the box. If it remains checked the report will display the X for the rehire action.
This change has been implemented to meet Legal requirements through WAC 415-501-400 making the part-time indicator checkbox no longer a suitable option for all DCP auto-enroll exemptions. You can find updated user procedures on the HRMS Support Hub and the Exempt from DCP Auto Enroll definition on the Data Definitions web page or in HRMS F1 Help.
