OFM previously identified that the HRMS 3rd party payment file did not initially process after the payroll cutoff, resulting in a processing delay for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.
There was a one-day delay for HRMS 3rd party payments. The issue has been resolved and funds were deposited on 2/11/26.

Warrant payments for 3rd party vendors were not impacted by this issue.
OFM completed an investigation and has implemented corrections to prevent this issue from recurring.
