HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable Friday, Dec. 8 at 8 p.m. until Monday, Dec. 11 at 6 a.m. for 2023 HRMS Support Stack maintenance. WWA will not be refreshed as scheduled on Sunday, Dec. 10.

All HRMS, MyPortal, and WWA users.
How will this impact customers?
HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable to users over the weekend and WWA will not be loaded as scheduled on Sunday evening. While WWA will remain available for reporting, scheduled loads will not resume until the evening of Monday, Dec. 11.
Due to downtime, consider the following additional impacts:
Daily interface files (GAP files) sent to agencies will not process during the upgrade and will resume processing once the maintenance has completed.
MyPortal will be unavailable to all users for the maintenance period so you may consider notifying employees to plan accordingly.
