How will this impact customers?
HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable to users over the weekend and WWA will not be loaded as scheduled on Sunday evening. While WWA will remain available for reporting, scheduled loads will not resume until the evening of Dec. 16.
Due to downtime, consider the following additional impacts:
Daily interface files (GAP files) sent to agencies will not process during the upgrade and will resume processing once the maintenance is completed.
MyPortal will be unavailable to all users for the maintenance period so you may consider notifying employees to plan accordingly.
