What is happening?

Connectivity to many OFM applications and services will be briefly impacted on 10/17/25 when technicians update our F5 load balancer.

Who will be impacted?

Connectivity for all OFM and GOV load-balanced applications.

How will this impact customers?

Load-balanced applications and services will experience a brief disruption in service during the maintenance window when the cutover occurs. We are performing this update early in the morning to minimize impact to business.

When is this maintenance happening?

Friday, October 17, 2025, from 5 to 7 a.m.

Why is this maintenance happening?

This update is needed to address a known exploit impacting F5.
