What is happening?
Reporting will be unavailable November 22 - 24 to migrate to new servers.
Who will be impacted?
Users who run reports in Enterprise Reporting, Report Portal, BI Launchpad (Web Intelligence) and reports generated in FNS, SPS, CBS, ABS, RPM, TALS-AMR, ABR, PCHEES, CENEST, and WWA.
How will this impact customers?
Users will not be able to access the reporting environment or run reports during the migration.
Any reports scheduled to run during the maintenance window will run after the migration is complete.
When is this maintenance happening?
Friday, November 22, 2024 at 6 p.m. to Sunday, November 24, 2024 at 10 p.m.
Why is this maintenance happening?
Migrating to servers running in a cloud environment will enhance our ability to maintain the servers and software.
