Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022 at 8 a.m. Reason for Outage: There was a configuration issue with the application that impacted its usability through SAW. Message sent 9/22/22 at 12:20 p.m. What is impacted? Users accessing the BI Launchpad (WebI) from Secure Access Washington (SAW) may receive an error when attempting to generate a report. Who is impacted? Users accessing the BI Launchpad (WebI) from SAW. Reporting Portal from SAW is not impacted. How does this impact customers? OFM is in the process of identifying the impact and will send an update when more information is available. When did the incident start?
