Monday, July 31, 2023 at 7:38 a.m. Reason for Outage: Services stopped unexpectedly and needed to be restarted to restore service. What is impacted? Enterprise Reporting (ER) is experiencing degraded service. Who is impacted? Report Portal, BI Launchpad (WebI), and reports generated in FNS, SPS, CBS, ABS, RPM, TALS-AMR, ABR, PCHEES, CENEST, and WWA. How does this impact customers? Users may not be able to login or run reports. When did the incident start?
