Please do not rerun reports in a pending status. Only rerun reports that have a failed status. Reports in a pending status are currently being processed in the order they were received.

Reason for Outage:

A service wasn't responding and needed to be restarted.

Enterprise Reporting (ER) is experiencing degraded service.

Who is impacted?

Report Portal, BI Launchpad (WebI), and reports generated in FNS, SPS, CBS, ABS, RPM, TALS-AMR, ABR, PCHEES, CENEST, and WWA.

How does this impact customers?

Users may not be able to login or run reports.

When did the incident start?

Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 11 a.m.

Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 7 a.m.
