Service has been restored, and ER is now available for use. To fix the issue, SAP needed to restore the database from a backup taken on the night of 6/10/25. Due to this:
Jobs that were scheduled to run on 6/11/25 may run again.
Changes made in Report Portal or BI Launchpad on 6/11/25 may have been lost such as new accounts, password resets, and scheduling.
