What has changed since last update?

OFM is still in the process of fixing the issue. We anticipate it being fixed by COB Thursday, 1/16/25.

Do not change the gender field in MyPortal or HRMS until this issue is fixed.

If your agency receives interfaces from OFM, the jobs will run as expected tonight. Interfaces and WWA reports that use gender data will be incorrect for most employees until this issue is fixed.

OFM has identified the problem and is in the process of fixing the issue. We anticipate the issue being fixed by COB Wednesday, 1/15/25.

What is impacted?

An issue in the My Demographic Data tile in MyPortal is causing the gender to possibly be incorrect in HRMS and WWA.

Who is impacted?

HRMS and WWA users.

How does this impact customers?

  • The gender fields from the Personal Data (0002) infotype or reports may have an incorrect value for employees (past or present) until this issue is fixed.
  • Please contact your employees to request them to not use the My Demographic Data tile in MyPortal until further notice.

When did the incident start?

January 9, 2025
