What has changed since last update? All interface jobs have completed and the data is in each agency SFT folder. When did the incident end? Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 3:17 p.m. Reason for Outage: In doing some TIDAL work, a TIDAL schedule was accidentally deleted. It has been rebuilt. Message sent 2/8/23 at 10:02 a.m. What is impacted? Some GAP9 and GAP10 jobs did not process last night. OFM is in the process of getting these jobs rescheduled. Who is impacted? Several agencies expecting data from the GAP9 and GAP10 jobs. How does this impact customers? The data will not be available until the rescheduled jobs have completed. When did the incident start? Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 9:45 a.m. Technical Notes: OFM is investigating the issue and will communicate with users once the issue is fixed.
