HRMS may have been locked until approximately 8:15 a.m. this morning for the users who were impacted. It is now unlocked.

When did the incident start?

Friday, November 4, 2022 at 6:30 a.m.

When did the incident end?

Friday, November 4, 2022 at 8:15 a.m.

Reason for Outage:

An export job started earlier this morning ran longer than expected and the unlock job also ran longer than expected causing a delay in some users being unlocked. We anticipated the export job and unlock job to finish well before users logging in for the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
