Visit the OFM Service Portal at https://ofmwa.servicenowservices.com/sp to view active outages or degraded service.

What has changed since the last update?

HRMS and MyPortal are now available.

If you send GAP01 and GAP101 (Time and Leave) to HRMS using MFT, please wait for your confirmation that your first file successfully completed before sending a second file.

OFM is still working to restore service for Winshuttle and 1099 Accountability.

What has changed since the last update?

HRMS, MyPortal, WinShuttle, and 1099 Accountability are still unavailable. OFM is working with a vendor to resolve the issue. An update will be sent when these systems are available.

What has changed since the last update?

A fix was applied at 7:45 a.m. this morning to resolve the issue that was impacting most OFM applications. If you received an error this morning, please try again. If the issue persists, please contact the OFM Help Desk.

Please note that we are still working on an issue impacting HRMS, MyPortal, WinShuttle, and 1099 Accountability so please hold off on using these until we send an update that they are available. We are actively working to restore service to these applications as quickly as possible.

Some OFM applications are experiencing an outage due to a network event that occurred this morning.

Who is impacted?

We are in the process of identifying the applications that are impacted.

How does this impact customers?

If an OFM application is impacted, you may receive a server or network error. Impacted applications or reports will not be available until the issue is resolved.

Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 5:00 a.m.
