What is impacted?

MyPortal is experiencing degraded service where some users are receiving errors.

Who is impacted?

MyPortal users.

How does this impact customers?

  • MyPortal and HRMS will be unavailable at noon TODAY for approximately 15 minutes so we can restart the servers hosting both applications.
  • Please save your work and exit MyPortal and HRMS before noon.
  • Please delay logging into MyPortal and HRMS until the system is available.

When did the incident start?

Monday, January 29, 2024, at 9:45 a.m.
