MyPortal is experiencing degraded service where some users are receiving errors. Who is impacted? MyPortal users. How does this impact customers? MyPortal and HRMS will be unavailable at noon TODAY for approximately 15 minutes so we can restart the servers hosting both applications. Please save your work and exit MyPortal and HRMS before noon. Please delay logging into MyPortal and HRMS until the system is available. When did the incident start?
