Outlook Payroll Calendar Uploads – 2025 Files Available

2025 CSV files have been added to the HRMS Support Hub to allow users to import HRMS Payroll, AFRS, and/or ACFR calendars directly into your Outlook calendar.

The calendar imports are available in 2 locations on the HRMS Support Hub by selecting the Outlook Payroll Upload Instructions link within:  

• Resources > Payroll Calendars
• Procedures by Functional Area > Basics

The import calendars are graciously provided to OFM by an independent agency annually.

There are 7 different 2025 CSV calendars available for import depending on your role within your agency. Each calendar has a short description to aid in selecting the correct calendar for your needs. If you have questions or require assistance with importing the CSV file into your Outlook calendar, please work directly with your internal agency IT department.
