The OFM Service Catalog available from our Service Portal has been updated for improved clarity. Two of our categories and forms had similar names and did not provide an accurate description, so we have made changes to help our customers in selecting the right form for their business needs.
Application Development category renamed
The “Application Development” category has been renamed to “Resource or Development Requests” along with the description that this option is selected to submit a request for IT resources for new development, enhancements to existing applications, or any other significant effort. This form is not used for HRMS Change Requests.
Application Change Requests category renamed
The “Application Change Requests” category has been renamed to “HRMS Change Requests” along with the description that this option is selected to submit a request for changes or enhancements to HRMS or other HR applications.
