On Monday, July 3, 2023 the new 2025 biennium will be open, and users will need to check all recurring reports for accuracy.

For Enterprise Reporting (ER) Standard Reports:

• Recurring Reports in the New 2025 Biennium:
  • Click here for instructions to transfer your Recurring Reports into the new 2025
• Recurring Reports in the OLD 2023 Biennium:
  • To include AFRS FM 25 on a particular recurring report(s) set up in the OLD 2023 biennium, users need to set up a new recurring report that has the ‘Fiscal Month Value’ set to “24A”, this represents the fiscal month 25 adjusting month.
  • A recurring report that was set up with the ‘Fiscal Month Value’ of “Prior” will not pick up the month 25 data.

For BI Launchpad (WebI) Reporting:

• Click here for instructions to transfer your WebI Queries from the OLD 2023 biennium AFRS Universe to the NEW 2025 biennium universe.  

      BI Launchpad (WebI) Things to Consider:

1. If you are using the “Schedule” or “Schedule with Selection Values” from the menu options to create new reports after July 1, 2023, the default will be the NEW 2025 biennium.  If you need a prior biennium be sure and change the selection.
2. Any reports that are no longer needed and are for the OLD 2023 biennium should be deleted.
3. Recurring reports that have a “Prior” month designation in the OLD 2023 biennium will be placed on “PAUSED” status on July 31, 2023 because they will fail if they try to run.
4. The “PAUSED” reports will be deleted on August 15, 2023.
