HCA is investigating the GAP 58 file issue for the health benefit related data that populates the Health Care Activity Report (ZHR_RPTBNN36). They have shared there are approximately 5,600 employees missing from the file received by OFM on January 25. HCA is planning on sending a new January file next week. OFM will provide an update once the file has been received and loaded into HRMS.

Health Care Activity Report Degraded
OFM receives a monthly GAP 58 file from the Health Care Authority (HCA) for the health benefit related data that populates the Health Care Activity Report (ZHR_RPTBNN36). In the file processed on January 25, 2025, for the month of January, some employees are missing from the file.
Processors running the Health Care Activity Report seeking data for 035 Reconciliation or Provider Cost reconciliation will see the following:
Blank entries within Pay1 MedCd, Pay1 DenCd, Pay1 VsnCd, or Pay1 EE Co.
Incorrectly stating employee or employer shares are out of balance.
It is likely if you see these issues, the employee was missing from the January GAP 58 file and there is no actual out-of-date balance for them. Processors should not take any action within HRMS to attempt to remedy this issue at this time. OFM has contacted HCA to notify them of this issue. OFM will provide an update as we know more information.
