Beginning January 10, 2023, OFM will no longer be able to create new HRMS GAP files or customize existing GAP files to support existing or new agency shadow systems. As integration work for OneWA continues to ramp up and as HRMS remediation work begins to support the OneWA Phase 1A implementation, we will need to implement a moratorium to mitigate adverse impacts to OneWA integrations, agency systems LSR/remediation work that is needed, and considering OFM’s available IT resources. Agencies will continue to have access to Washington Workforce Analytics (WWA) for workforce data.
Exceptions may be made in support of legislative or other legal requirements, and these requests would follow the existing process by submitting the request to the OFM Help Desk at HereToHelp@ofm.wa.gov.
