HRMS Unavailable Nov. 17 at 8 p.m. to Nov. 20 at 6 a.m. for Extended Downtime
OFM is extending the lockout period following payroll processing period 22, 2023 to include Sunday, November 19. The system lock was originally identified on the 2023 HRMS Payroll Calendar for Saturday, November 18 only; however, the lockout will begin at 8 p.m. Friday, November 17 and last until 6 a.m. on Monday, November 20.
Due to the HRMS downtime, please consider the following additional impacts:
MyPortal will be unavailable until Monday morning.
The WWA daily load and payroll loads will not occur over the weekend and will resume loading as scheduled on Monday evening.
Daily interface (GAP) files will not process as normal throughout the weekend and will resume once system downtime has completed.
Payroll-related reports may not be available until Monday morning.
The Payroll Cutoff Error – Day 3 Evening Locked Employee list will be posted Monday morning.
The downtime will be used to prepare for upcoming Out of State Tax enhancements and 2023 HRMS Stacks. Please save any work and logout of HRMS prior to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 17.
