OFM has identified some wage types that are not processing as intended. The wage types are under full audit at this time. Agencies can continue to use the wage types until we send an update with further guidance. Ensuring the wage types are correct is our top priority. We anticipate having the wage types corrected for the August 10, 2023 payroll.
Miscalculation Against Leave/Time Entries
The following wage types are not processing correctly if an employee has leave or specific time entries included in the period. This includes calculation against all leave types as well as calculation against entries such as shift differential (1044). This may impact pay, retirement, union dues, or a combination of these items.
1044 – Shift Difference-all agys
Only employees who also have wage types 1926 – 1928 on their CATS screen are impacted.
1893 – 24/7 Facility Prem-BasePy
1897 – AP Ref73 CVEO FTO
1937 – Shift Difference-all agys (corrected title change to Supplement Shift Diff)
Only employees who also have wage types 1926 – 1928 on their CATS screen are impacted.
Annual Salary Display in Basic Pay Screen
The new 2023-2025 Legislative and CBA wage types are under audit as some of them are not displaying in the Annual Salary field within the Basic Pay (0008) infotype screen. Please note that the display issue has no processing impact on an employee’s actual pay. Employees receiving pay with these wage types are being paid correctly.
