The OFM website will be undergoing an upgrade on Friday, October 24. Once this upgrade occurs, it is likely that some of the links on the HRMS Support Hub that point to the OFM website will become disconnected. Fixing these links will be a manual effort for OFM. While these links are being updated, it is only necessary to send a ticket to HeretoHelp@ofm.wa.gov if you need assistance finding the OFM website link located on the HRMS Support Hub and are unable to do so.
HRMS Support Hub Payroll Reports Coming Soon!
The OFM State HR, Statewide Accounting Payroll, and HRMS technical teams have been very hard at work preparing for our next HRMS Support Hub module launch. We are incredibly excited to formally announce that the next launch will be Payroll Reports. The Payroll Reports section will be released on the HRMS Support Hub in mid-November and will include major enhancements, better procedures, and new tools to assist in understanding the data payroll reports are displaying. This module has been one of our most cumbersome to date and we are so excited to be launching this soon.
In preparation for this launch, we are seeking HRMS subject matter experts to review final drafts of updated payroll report procedures. We expect this work to occur over a two-week period from October 20 through 31. Participants will work at their own pace and can volunteer to review all payroll report procedures or just a portion, depending on availability.

Volunteers will receive an email confirmation with more information about the content review process.
OFM will send a final communication once the payroll reports are officially launched so you can check out the shiny new upgrades! In addition, all the OFM website links will be fully restored as we release our Payroll Report module. Stay tuned!!
