OFM has identified an issue within HRMS impacting Payroll Simulations and pay dates for period 24/2022. The pay date for period 24 was inadvertently set to January 10, 2023, instead of correctly reflecting December 23, 2022. The full impact of the pay date being incorrect includes the following:
Payroll related reports that provide a pay date are reflecting January 10, 2023 instead of December 23, 2022.
Payroll related reports that provide TCRT information have reset the year end totals as the system believes it has moved to 2023.
Payroll and benefits related reports providing benefits cost are reflecting the 2023 rates.
We have identified and prepared the fix for this issue, however, due to HRMS Support Stack maintenance taking place over the weekend, we are unable to move the fix into HRMS production until Monday, December 12th. OFM will notify you when the pay date adjustment has been completed and is correct within HRMS Production. OFM recommends waiting until the fix has been moved to HRMS production before running a Payroll Simulation.
