On July 11th we announced the new MyPortal Online Selection Tile to Allow for Online-only Forms W-2. Please find additional information below regarding this new functionality.
New MyPortal My Online Selections Tile Allows for Online-only Forms W-2
Employees can now opt-in for online-only Forms W-2 viewing using the new My Online Selections tile. By default, employees will receive a mailed Form W-2 each year; however, they can now change this default setting to view their forms online-only.
By choosing to opt-in for online-only Forms W-2, employees will no longer receive a mailed Form W-2. They may switch back to a mailed Form W-2 at any time before the end of the calendar year.
If an employee separates from state service and their My Online Selection option is set to Online, they will automatically be changed to On Paper upon their withdrawn status.

Enhancements to the MyPortal My Tax Forms Module for Forms W-2
The My Tax Forms tile to view Forms W-2 has been enhanced to display forms in fewer steps. The functionality of this module has changed so refer to the updated MyPortal – my tax forms user procedure for more information.
For those users who have customized the MyPortal Home Page:
If the My Tax Forms or My Online Selections app is not showing, it will need to be added via App Finder.
If you have the tile and it cannot load you will need to remove those tiles via Edit Home Page and click on the “x” on the tile to be removed.
