Oregon and Idaho State Tax Filing Reports Year Selection
OFM has identified a date selection issue with the Oregon and Idaho State Tax Filing Reports available to agencies who have completed the Out-of-State Tax Set-Up:
If you are running the report by Pay Period, the reports are reading the Year field in the Quarterly Reports section instead of the Pay Period Remittance section.
As a workaround, agency processors using the Pay Period Remittance should ensure the Quarterly Reports section's Year is set to the desired year. The Quarterly Reports section will default to Tax Year 2024, so when running a 2025 pay period, set the Quarterly Reports Tax Year to 2025.
OFM has identified a fix for this issue and will send an update to this communication once the fix has been placed in HRMS production.
