OFM became aware that a WaTech security certificate which hosts the MyPortal application expires today, April 10, 2023. OFM will renew the certificate starting at 1 p.m. today.
When applying the new certificate, the impact is unknown; however, users attempting to access MyPortal may experience one of the following:
A warning in relation to the site being untrusted; or
An inability to access MyPortal for a short period of time.
OFM will follow up with an updated communication once the certificate renewal is complete.
