Update: Day 3 Noon payroll processing run has completed. OFM will notify you once the payroll errors for Day 3 Noon are posted. Due to the reduced processing time, we recommend agencies begin working through all errors as quickly as possible.

Payroll Day 3 – January 21st
OFM received a time sensitive HRMS file to update rates for Long Term Disability (LTD) from Health Care Authority (HCA) this morning. This file is large and has taken longer to run than expected, which will have the following impact on payroll today:
Noon payroll may be delayed, and user will be locked for the payroll run.
This item is dependent on when the LTD file completes.
Please watch for the Z-Alert in HRMS notifying users Payroll will begin processing and users must save their work and log out of HRMS.
Day 3 Noon payroll will take longer than usual.
Day 3 payroll is designed to run a simulated payroll on the employees who have master data updates. Due to the size of the LTD file and number of employees being updated within it, this will be a substantially larger number of employees than HRMS generally processes for the Day 3 Noon payroll run. OFM will provide an update to this communication once payroll has completed.
Day 3 Noon Error posting will be delayed.
OFM will provide another update to this communication once Day 3 Noon payroll errors are available.
Day 3 Afternoon payroll will be delayed.
To allow agencies more correction time, OFM will delay Day 3 afternoon payroll as well. This process will not change, users will not be locked out, however we will not begin the afternoon payroll run until approximately 4 p.m. Please watch for the Z-Alert as you generally do.
Day 3 Afternoon Errors will be delayed.
Because we are delaying the payroll run by 30 minutes, the posting of the final Day 3 error run will be delayed by approximately 30 minutes. Please continue checking the HRMS Support Hub Payroll Cutoff Errors for error updates.
