Telephone Directory Report
The purpose of the Telephone Directory report is to view data from employees’ Communications (0105) or Addresses (0006) infotype records.
Enter transaction code S_AHR_61016354 in the command field and click the Enter button.
Complete the Key date section.
Select one of the following radio buttons to determine the effective date of your report results:
- Today
- Other keydate

Tips:The Other keydate radio button defaults to selected, but may be changed.
If the Other keydate radio button is selected, a Key Date must be entered.
Complete the Selection section.
The following fields are optional:
- Personnel Number
- Employment status
Tips:The Selection section will assist in getting only the information needed. A selection is not required for each field.
Additional fields can be added to the Selection section using the Further Selections button.
The Employment status field defaults to exclude Withdrawn (0) employees, and is recommended for running this report.
Complete the Selection criteria section.
The following fields are optional:
- Communication numbers
- Postal code

Complete the Output data section.
One of the following radio buttons must be selected:
- External connections
- Internal communications
Do not select the Extensions radio button.
The following fields are optional:
- Only known telephone numbers
- With pers. Number
- With address
Do not select the As a directory box.

Tips:The selection screen will default with the Extensions radio button selected. This selection is not recommended because it returns data from the Internal Data (0032) infotype that the State of Washington does not use.
Selecting the External connections radio button will return data from the employee’s Addresses (0006) infotype.
Selecting the Internal communications radio button will return data from the employee’s Communications (0105) infotype.
Do not select the As a directory check box. Doing so will result in the error message “You cannot sort by directory”.
Additional fields can be included in the report results by clicking the Sort order button and transferring Selection Options fields to the Sort fields section.
