Security Reporting

The Security Reporting role has the ability to view and run reports about security related information in the HRMS system, in order to perform routine agency security audits to monitor your agency’s professional user access.

The technical name for this role in HRMS is SR3P_ XXXX _SECURITY_REPORTING. The XXXX is a place holder that represents the Agency’s Personnel Area.

Note: This role is replacing the current Security Audit role as a result of Centralizing Security.

Activities: The Security Reporting role will perform the following key activities in HRMS:

  • View HRMS role and organizational structure assignments to determine an agency’s compliance with State audit regulations
  • View professional user access in HRMS
