Toolbars may vary in HRMS depending on the transaction you are performing and your professional roles.

• Add To / Delete From Favorites - Add/Delete frequently used transactions to the Favorites folder.

You can move the location of your favorites to find the order that best suits you.

You can create folders within your Favorites folder to keep your favorites organized by your preference.

You can rename or edit your favorites once you have created a folder.

You can remove favorites you previously added to your favorites list.

You can create direct access to all of the websites you need to help complete your work in HRMS.

From the SAP Easy Access Screen, you can save favorites for the transactions you access most often. There are four options to add a transaction to your Favorites folder.

Option 1 - Select the transaction from the menu tree and click the Add to Favorites button.

Every transaction has a name and technical name. For example, Maintain HR Master Data’s technical name (or transaction code) is PA30. Use this procedure to display the technical name in HRMS.

Every HRMS transaction is assigned a transaction code.
