Miscellaneous Plans

Use these procedures to create or maintain an employee’s Miscellaneous Plans (0377) infotype record. Available Miscellaneous Plans are DreamAhead Program (529P), Liberty Mutual Auto/Home Insur (LIBM), Life Insurance (LIFE), and LTD (LTD).

Retirement Overpayment - Recover an Overpayment

Use this procedure to create a retirement overpayment recovery on the Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) infotype. A retirement overpayment occurs when the employee’s retirement contributions were not deducted or not enough was deducted and the employee erroneously received the amounts as net pay instead.

Before you begin the collection of a retirement overpayment, the following steps must be completed:

Retirement Overpayment

Use these procedures to offset and collect a retirement overpayment within Additional Payments (0015) and Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) infotypes.

A retirement overpayment occurs when the employee’s retirement contributions were not deducted or not enough was deducted and the employee erroneously received the amounts as net pay instead.   

Rehire Action (BN) - Correct Erroneous Rehire Date

Use this procedure to correct the rehire date of an employee who had an incorrect effective date entered during the rehire action.

This procedure will take you through the steps to delete the infotypes created during the benefits portion of the erroneous rehire action. Once all roles have completed their deletions, the personnel administration processor will enter a new rehire action with the correct rehire date.

Separation Action (BN) - Correct Erroneous Separation Date

Use this procedure to correct a separation date of an employee who had the incorrect effective date entered during a separation action.

This procedure will take you through the steps to extend the end date of infotypes delimited during the erroneous separation action. Once all roles have completed their deletions and/or corrections, the Personnel Administration Processor will enter a new separation action with the correct separation date.
