Please contact the OFM Help Desk at HereToHelp@ofm.wa.gov or 360-407-9100 for times when the production systems may not be available for system maintenance.
HRMS and MyPortal for professional users is not available on Payroll Day 4 until payroll completes. Payroll completes at approximately 10 a.m. unless the process has been delayed. If delayed, a communication will be sent via GovDelivery notifying users. Please ensure all professional users have signed up to receive communications sent through GovDelivery.
HRMS and MyPortal are available on Holidays unless the holiday is following Payroll Day 3.
