Payroll Calendars

The agency payroll calendar provides important Pay Period Processing Date information for the HRMS production environment each pay period throughout the calendar year. Agencies should use the payroll calendar to aid in completing the HRMS Processor Guide items for successful pay-period, monthly, quarterly, and yearly processing.

Agency HRMS Payroll Calendar

The agency payroll calendar can be imported directly into your Outlook Calendar annually. Please see Outlook Payroll Calendar Upload Instructions on how to import the agency payroll calendar to your Outlook calendar.
