HRMS New Planned Working Time Schedule Prerequisites
Procedure Updated:
Tuesday, March 12, 2024
1. Get Office of Attorney General (AAG) Confirmation
Prior to requesting a Planned Working Time, Work Schedule Rule addition to HRMS, agencies must work with their Washington State Office of Attorney General (AAG) representative to ensure the requested work schedule meets federal and state compliance laws. This should be completed via email. Requests for new schedules within HRMS will not be considered until the AAG approval has been granted, and the email is attached with your change request.
2. Submit an HR Systems Change Request
Once the AAG approval has been obtained, visit the HRMS Change Request and Approval Process page and refer to the Submit an HR Systems Change Request section to complete your HRMS or MyPortal Change Request. Your AAG approval email must be attached to your request.
