HRMS Passwords

Use this information to reset your HRMS password or if you need technical support. For help with MyPortal log on or password issues, please refer to the MyPortal support page.

Email HereToHelp@ofm.wa.gov and provide the following information:

• Personnel number
• Contact information
• The system you are experiencing an issue with (HRMS)
• What you were doing or trying to access when the issue occurred
• A screenshot of the error message

HRMS Password Requirements

• Passwords must have a minimum of eight characters. It is case sensitive and must contain at least one alphabet letter, one number [0-9], and one special character (@#$%&*).
• Passwords will expire every 90 days and users will be required to change their password the next time they log on.
• Password can be changed by the user only once per day.
• HRMS remembers a user's previous five passwords and prevents them from being reused.
• After five failed logon attempts, a user's account will be locked.
• Logons will automatically time out if left idle for more than 30 minutes.
