HRMS & MyPortal Passwords
Email heretohelp@ofm.wa.gov for a password reset, support or troubleshooting and provide the following information:
- Personnel number
- Contact information
- The system you are experiencing an issue with (HRMS or MyPortal)
- What you were doing or trying to access when the issue occurred
- A screenshot of the error message
HRMS Password Requirements
- Password must have a minimum of eight (8) characters. It is case sensitive and must contain at least one (1) alphabet letter, one (1) number [0-9] and one (1) special character (@#$%&*).
- Password will expire every 90 days and you will be required to change it at next logon.
- Password may be changed by the user only once per day.
- HRMS remembers a user's previous five (5) passwords and prevents them from being reused by the user.
- After five (5) failed login attempts the User ID will be locked.
- Logons will automatically timeout if left idle for more than 30 minutes.
MyPortal Password Requirements
- Password must be a minimum of ten (10) and no more than twenty (20) characters. It is case sensitive and must include at least one (1) letter, one (1) number [0-9], and one (1) special character (@#$%&*).
- Password will expire every 90 days and the user will be required to change it at next logon.
- My Portal remembers a user's previous five (5) passwords and prevents them from being reused by the user.
- After five (5) failed login attempts the Logon ID will be locked. The Logon ID will be unlocked automatically at midnight or after a password reset.
- Logons will automatically timeout if left idle for more than 10 minutes.
