Use this report to identify positions with the Vacancy Indicator marked “Open” on the position’s Vacancy (1007) infotype. In addition, use this report to audit positions that indicate a vacancy but have a person assigned.
The purpose of the Telephone Directory report is to view data from employees’ Communications (0105) or Addresses (0006) infotype records.
Use this report to identify employees who have a reference personnel number. This report displays the employment status as well as the employee subgroup assigned to each personnel number.
