Use this report to view WMS employees and associated data for a specific key date or date range.

Use this report to identify positions with the Vacancy Indicator marked “Open” on the position’s Vacancy (1007) infotype. In addition, use this report to audit positions that indicate a vacancy but have a person assigned.

The purpose of the Telephone Directory report is to view data from employees’ Communications (0105) or Addresses (0006) infotype records.

Use this report to identify employees who have a reference personnel number. This report displays the employment status as well as the employee subgroup assigned to each personnel number.

Use this report to identify employees with missing master data in order to eliminate errors during payroll processing. Run this report during payroll processing Days 0-3.

Use this report to identify employees who:

• will receive a periodic increment or longevity increase in the current or future period,
• should have received a periodic increment or longevity increase, and/or
• may be on an incorrect schedule to receive a periodic increment or longevity increase.

Use this report to view periodic increment and longevity increase activity during a specified period of time.

Use this report to identify employees who had movement between business areas, personnel areas, organizational units, job classes, or positions. Report results will display the old and new values for movement actions.

Use this report to identify employees who have a reference personnel number. This report displays the employment status, employee group, employee subgroup, and organizational unit assigned to each personnel number.

Use this report to create adhoc reports using employee master data fields for a variety of reasons such as:

• monitoring periodic increment dates,
• monitoring indirectly valued employees,
• auditing employee master data for accuracy, or
• viewing a list of employee email addresses.

This report provides point-in-time employee data only using a key date. This report does not include an option for entering a date range.
